Looking back at my archive of photos, I had neglected to review some of my model shoots I did in the past. I must have picked another picture and ran with it, but when I saw this gem, I had to post it. It was shot with a Canon 1DS MKII using a Canon 70-200 F2.8 IS lens. It was shot at F/2.8 @ 110mm, and there was a light reflector bouncing light onto her. There isn’t much here for the Fort Worth Water garden because it’s blurred out in the background, but lighting and the model seemed to make this photo work really well.
I should mention that this is also my first time using Portrait Professional software. I’m still getting used to the software, but I think the results speak for themselves. Combination of Lightroom/Portrait Pro and Photoshop, with Portrait Professional doing the heavy lifting. If you’re on the fence about getting Portrait Professional, just download their trial.
